County of Nelson  2010 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors shall be conducted during Calendar Year 2010 in the Board Room located in the Nelson County Courthouse in Lovingston, VA. as follows:
1)    Second Tuesday of each month: afternoon session at 2:00 pm & evening
session at 7:00 pm
2)    Fourth Thursday of each month: evening session only at 7:00 pm; November and December have been cancelled.
Should the regular meetings fall on any legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next regular business day, without action of any kind by the Board; unless otherwise cancelled. Should the Chairman or Vice Chairman (if the Chairman is unable to act) find and declare that weather or other conditions are such that it is hazardous for members to attend regular meetings; the meeting(s) will be continued on the following Tuesday. All hearings and other matters previously advertised shall be conducted at the continued meeting(s).
