PUBLIC HEARING

1. Site Plan #2010-001 – Virginia Distillery Company (Board of Supervisor action not required.)
Consideration of a site plan submitted by Jim Taggart, P. E., on behalf of Virginia Distillery Company for the Eades Hollow Facility, Phase 2, Tax Map #58-A-73. Phase 2 consists of the distillery building and the welcome center. Mr. John MacCray is the local representative of the VDC Board.

2. Special Use Permit #2010-001 – Helen Park
Consideration of a Special Use Permit requested by Helen Park pursuant to Article 4, Section 4-1-4b, of the Nelson County Zoning Ordinance for a public garage in which to store automobiles on a long term basis. Property is located at the corner of Thomas Nelson Highway (Rt. 29) and Morse Lane in Arrington, Virginia, Tax Map #76-10-3, and zoned Agriculture, A-1.

3. Conditional Use Permit #2010-001 – Paul S. Mamakos
Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit requested by Paul S. Mamakos pursuant to Article 4, Section 4-1-24a, of the Nelson County Zoning ordinance for a cabin to be located on his property on Forest Lane, New Land Subdivision, Faber, Virginia, Tax Map #33-7-2M.
