There was no public comment.

Vice Chairperson Steve Crandall called the meeting to order.

Motion:  The April 3, 2008 meeting minutes were approved as written.

The Business Appreciation event was a success, with record attendance and positive feedback.

The Entrepreneur Express event was a success, with 20 attendees and great follow up for the Small Business Development Center.

MOTION:  To fund the Central Virginia Small Business Development Center for FY 2009 in the amount of $7500. Crandall-Hall (5-0)

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
