Chairperson Greg Kelly called the meeting to order.

Paul Jacobson, bond counsel from Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, outlined the process necessary to forward the financing of the courthouse project.

Motion: To  adopt the Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Economic Development Authority of Nelson County $7,500,000 Maximum Amount Public Facility Lease Revenue Bond, Taxable Series 2008; and Providing for the Form, Details and Payment Thereof, which includes adoption of the USDA Form RD 1942-47 Loan Resolution.
Natt Hall made the motion.
Erwin Berry seconded the motion.
The vote was (5-0).
