There was no public comment.

President Crandall called the meeting to order.
 
Motion: To approve the October 2009 meeting minutes. Kelly-Hall (5-0)

There was no Treasurer’s report. Alphonso Taylor asks that members let him know of requests, projects and other items so he can prepare the 2010 budget.
 
Maureen Kelley reported that the Points of Interest Map has gone to the printer.

Motions: To approve the following slate of EDA officers for 2010:
Emily Pelton – Chairperson
Bennett Saunders – Vice Chairperson
Secretary-Treasurer – Alphonso Taylor
Assistant Secretary-Treasurer – Erwin Berry
Hall-Kelly (5-0)

Natt Hall reported that he is recruiting workers for the US Census.
