Piney River Mini Triathlon. Run 1.5 miles alongside the beautiful Piney River. Paddle .76 mile on the Piney Riverís Class II rapids. Bike 2.5 miles ñ æ mile up Old Rose Mill Road alongside Piney River and 1.75 miles up the Blue Ridge Railway Trail.  Mountain bikes recommended. Individual or team entry.
