Consideration of an amendment to the Nelson County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, Appendix A, Article 2,
2-15a, addition of definition of a cabin and 3-1-a and 4-1-a adding cabin as a conditional use, 2-85a amending
definition of a subdivision to include family divisions; amending Section 4-2 and Appendix B, Section 2
amending definition of a subdivision to include family divisions and Section 3-2 (4) exceptions to review by

B. Nelson County Code Amendment ñ Chapter 11, Section 11-6 and 11-7.
Consideration of an amendment to the Nelson County Code, Chapter 11, Section 11-6 and 11-7 related to the
assessment of court fees for construction and maintenance of courthouse or court related facilities, and the
