Application for a Class III communications tower permit to construct a 120í steel monopole on property on Beech
Grove Road, Roseland, Virginia, Tax Map #31-A-51A, owned by William C. Parrish; and approval of a special
exception from Zoning Ordinance Section 20-7-2e..
 
B. Subdivision Ordinance Amendment ñ Section 4-4 D., 3) b.
Consideration of an amendment to the Nelson County Subdivision Ordinance, Appendix B, Section 4-4, Water
and Sewer, Item D., Individual Septic Systems, Subsection 3), Exceptions to the above provisions, b. to amend the
exception to eliminate Health Department approval of existing on-site septic systems.
