 Approval of minutes from the 12/17/03 & 2/25/04 meeting.

 

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM:

FINAL SUBDIVISION REVIEW – MONTVUE;  A final subdivision plan has
been submitted for the Montvue subdivision located off of Findlay
Mountain Road (Rt. 647).  The property is further identified at
Tax Map 69-A-115.

PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REVIEW – THE COLE≠S PLACE; A preliminary
subdivision review has been received for an additional lot in this
existing subdivision on the left side of Cole≠s Farm Drive
approximately 700 feet from the intersection of Greenfield Road (Rt.
635).  This property is also identified at TM# 13-10, Parcel 7.

PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REVIEW √ MARKEL PROPERTY; A preliminary
subdivision review has been received from Charles Markel for his
property located at 20 Hedge Lane (intersection with Mill Lane)
approximately 600 feet from Rockfish Valley Highway (Rt. 151). 
This property is also identified at TM#6-A, Parcel 102A.
