This class is for men & women age 16 & up.
You will increase cardio, strength, & flexibility and reduce stress.
Get fit with this hi/low aerobic exercise class.

DOG OBEDIENCE

For dogs 12 weeks to 7 years & all their human family
Does your dog need to learn the basic commands to be a safe
and well mannered pet? Your dog will learn to sit, come, down, stay & more. The whole family is encouraged to attend Maximum: 12 dogs each class

INTRODUCTION TO SOLAR ENERGY

Learn how to reduce or eliminate your dependence on grid supplied power and immediately reduce your power bill.
Objectives: 1)Learn how to reduce energy consumption without compromising usage 2)Learn how to properly audit your own home 3)Learn basic solar components and their use 4)Learn basic tenets of “siting”your solar system(optimal placement of system for best solar exposure)
General power reduction strategies will also be discussed, after you take this class you will be saving $25+ on your monthly power bill if you go forward with the recommendations!
