MEETING MINUTES
November 18, 2009

Present: Chair Philippa Proulx, Commissioners Linda Russell, Emily Hunt

Absent:  Commissioners Michael Harman, Michael Tapager, and Supervisor Tommy Bruguiere

Staff Present:  Planning Director Fred Boger and Secretary Betty Fortune

Call to Order:  Chair Proulx called the meeting to order at 7:45 P. M. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room, County Courthouse, Lovingston.  She announced that it was necessary to cancel the meeting due to lack of quorum and apologized to attendees for inconvenience.  All items will be rescheduled for December 16, 2009.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 P. M.
