A historic property nestled on ten acres, Open Heart Inn offers boutique whole house or individual suite rentals in our 4 bedroom/4 bathroom farmhouse and charming cabin. Relax on the back deck, take in the mountain views, and get away from it all. We are tucked away and yet minutes from breweries, trails and more! Originally built in 1840, the farmhouse at Open Heart Inn features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen with reclaimed barnwood cabinets, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a yoga studio, and plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces. Located right on the famous Nelson Route 151, we are ideally located for exploring Nelson County hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and cideries, and we are less than 20 minutes to Wintergreen Resort. The farmhouse has the capacity to sleep up to 14 comfortably, and is baby and child friendly.

Imagine going back to a simpler time, when you connected over candlelight and gazed at the stars for hours. Open Heart Inn is the ultimate space to unwind, and reconnect with yourself or your loved ones. We purposely do not provide TVs in the suites or cabin, and invite you instead to sit on our many decks, wander our nature path through the back field, or listen to the birds with your morning coffee.
