Point of View is a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath Wintergreen resort home with panoramic mountain views, dual entertaining levels, hot tub, game room, and chef kitchen.
Living & Dining Spaces
With two separate entertaining areas, our house can accommodate lots of fun and games.
First Floor Game Room
The first floor great room provides a huge sectional sofa (with queen pullout bed), large flat screen TV, a pool table (with ping pong table topper), a foosball table, and a big table perfect for playing games or doing puzzles. Opens to an expansive porch and huge hot tub that seats seven. The hot tub is the perfect place to view the night ski and beautiful stars.
Upstairs Living Area
Upstairs, you will find a large, open-plan living area that provides amazing two-story views of the mountains. The HDTV and extensive, comfortable seating provides a great place to watch a movie or sporting event, and the magnificent stone fireplace is perfect for roasting marshmallows or warming up after a long day of skiing.
The house is fully stocked with games, puzzles and movies galore for hours of entertainment. Enjoy the outdoors while relaxing on the many seating opportunities provided on the two-story deck.
Chef's Kitchen
The expansive high-end chef's kitchen includes tons of storage and unique countertops (made from recycled paper!), an induction cooktop, wall oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, beverage fridge, two sinks, and two dishwashers (for easy clean up!) with direct access to the gas grill on the connecting porch.
Your guests can enjoy your meals at the nearby large dining table that seats 10 (12 with extra seats!) or from the large kitchen island that seats 4.

Presidential Master Suite (Upstairs)
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, is our presidential suite, featuring a gas fireplace, large HDTV, two sitting areas, and sliding glass doors which open for cool mountain breezes and the most amazing views of the mountains at sunrise. The master bathroom offers a beautifully tiled shower and jetted tub, where you can relax, look at the mountains from the private bathroom window, or enjoy your favorite show on the flat screen TV.
Downstairs Bedrooms
The four bedrooms downstairs include:
A guest master bedroom with queen bed and HDTV, and a huge, beautifully tiled shower
A guest room with double bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo
Two fun bunk rooms, each with their own bathrooms
Additional sleeping options are available on the queen pull out sleeper sofa.
TWO member-lot parking passes are provided to access easy ski-out lots adjacent to the slopes.
