Our 1800’s two story 2200 square farm house, once a log cabin, welcomes you! Sleepy Hollow is nestled in scenic rural Nelson County, Virginia. Relax on the covered deck, dine in the renovated kitchen or dining room. Two bedrooms on the second floor can sleep 4. Full baths on each level. There is a barn and pastures. Located along the Nelson 151 winery and brewery trail, Wintergreen skiing, and many nearby Universities, festivals

Sleepy Hollow is located at the foot of a mountain and offers a large yard with lots of space for relaxation. Our yard is not fenced in, keeping the rural ambience. The pasture is fenced. We have areas for family and friends to gather inside or outdoors or on the covered back porch. The back porch has gliders and rockers if you are a porch sitter! The porch also has a gate you can close or leave open. The patio also has seats for two. In addition you will find chairs outside under the trees for more fun times. The picnic table is off limits at this time. Family and friends can also gather inside around the kitchen table and dining room. The kitchen has Maytag appliances. Upstairs master bedroom has a full size bed. The other bedroom has a full bed and twin bed. Full baths are on both first and second floors. This is our home, however we do not live in it all the time, and will not be there while you are our guests. Some of our personal belongings may be there. We welcome you, and hope you will find it relaxing and comfortable. Fire Fly satellite is available. We have a Smart tv services that will allow you to access Your HBO, HULU, etc, personal accounts. Many scenic drives are in our area, such as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are in close proximity to breweries, vineyards, cideries, hiking, the James and Tye rivers for kayaking. Lake Nelson is a public lake for fishing. Several colleges and Universities are within 30-45 minute drive.
